Join the Broadway in Chicago Club and receive the best seats and great deals with no commitment. Offers vary from priority offers to discounts on tickets to Broadway's hottest shows. For only $25 a year, offers can be delivered right to your inbox; take advantage of them online, in person or over the phone. Please note there may be a slight delay between signing-up and receiving your first offer. How and when will I get special offers as a Broadway In Chicago Club member?
Offers are only sent by e-mail notification. Those e-mails will contain everything you need to know to take advantage of that show’s offers. Not all shows will have Broadway In Chicago Club offers. A current listing of offers can be seen by clicking here, upcoming offers are never advertised.

How long is my membership valid?
Your membership is officially good for one year from the date of purchase and is renewable. Each membership costs $25 for individuals or $500 for corporate memberships, which includes up to 500 employee memberships

Is there a limit to the number of offers I can purchase?
You choose what you want to see! Offers may have specific ticket limits, limitations will vary between offers. Please read the fine print.

Can I go to the theatre with my membership ID number and take advantage of an offer?
Yes, you may take your code in person to a Broadway In Chicago box office (click here for a listing of box offices). However, you can only purchase your membership via the phone line or online at ticketmaster.com.

Are there provisions for accessible seating?
Arrangements can be made for members with accessibility needs by calling (312) 977-1700, entering in extension 1259.

Do I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will be provided with a confirmation number when placing your order. This confirmation number uniquely identifies your purchase however if you opt out of receiving e-mails you will not receive offers.

Is there a service charge? Can I exchange or get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. Normal ticket handling fees and charges apply on ticket purchases.


NOTE: NOTE: The most direct way of communicating with members is via email. If you wish to receive the most up-to-date offers, be sure to provide your email address when registering, whether online or through the Broadway In Chicago phone line. When joining online, please DO NOT opt-out of receiving emails or you will NOT receive the Broadway In Chicago Club offers via email.

Sales cannot be made in conjunction with any offer or special. All sales are final. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. All offers are given with non-negotiable deadlines as parameters. We regret that Broadway In Chicago Club will not be responsible for missed performances due to events such as illness, forces of nature or non-receipt of tickets. If tickets are not received prior to the event date, contact the Broadway In Chicago Club at (800) 775-2000 in advance to make other ticketing arrangements. As a courtesy to other patrons, children under the age of five will not be admitted to most Broadway In Chicago theatres (age minimum may vary per production). All patrons must have a ticket for admission regardless of age.
